Season Long MGA 2-Man Match Play
Bracket Drawing Party - February 23rd
5:30pm-8:30pm
Four Ball matches. Players will receive 90% of their handicap based on the February 21st GHIN handicap revision throughout the event. All strokes will be dotted off the low in the group.
USGA Rules Apply
Play will be from the blue tees
Optional play from the white tees (75% of GHIN scores from white tees)
You must play the same set of tees throughout the event.
Teams cannot exceed a 10 stroke handicap index difference. If a team does, the higher handicap index player will be adjusted down to the 10 stroke difference.
Brackets will be drawn based on combined team handicap index.
Losing teams from the 1st round matches will go to a consolation bracket so you’re guaranteed two matches.
Matches must be completed by the following dates for each round. Failure to complete your match by the deadline will result in a forfeit of the match.

• 1st round matches must be completed by 3/24/2024
• 2nd round matches must be completed by 4/14/2024
• 3rd round matches must be completed by 5/5/2024
• 4th round matches must be completed by 5/27/2024
• 5th round matches must be completed by 6/23/2024
• 6th round matches must be completed by 7/14/2024
• Championship match must be completed by 8/4/2024

Local Rules:
•             Burned out areas are played as ground under repair. Find nearest point of relief no nearer to the hole, take one club length and drop.
•             Local rule for ball out of bounds or lost is NOT in effect.
•             Line of play relief for greenside sprinkler heads. The sprinkler head must be within two club lengths of the green and you ball is within two club lengths of the sprinkler head in closely mown areas only.
