We?ll alternate 30 seconds of running and 1 minute of walking over a 1-mile course, making it the perfect way to ease into running while still breaking a sweat!Interval running is a proven method to burn calories, rev up your metabolism, and decrease risk factors for cardiovascular disease ? helping you run faster and longer over time.
