Golf Yoga 4 02 2024 for 2024-04-02
60 minute golf specific yoga sessions designed to improve flexibility, stability, balance and coordination. Each class incorporates breath work to enhance focus and relaxation. We will utilize golf clubs throughout the session and students will be given tips and tools to build their mental game and play better. No prior yoga experience necessary and non-golfers are welcome! Modifications are offered for all ability levels.
